For all those reasons the fast is broken

Abstaining from eating and drinking while fasting is essential, so if a person intentionally commits any of the above-mentioned three acts during the day, his fast will be broken. And both Qaza and Kaffara will be obligatory upon him.

If someone eats Sehri with the full idea of not being Sadiq in the morning, but by then it has become Sadiq in the morning (the time for eating Sehri is over) or breaks the fast with the full idea of the sun setting, but in reality the sun has not set yet, in such a case, he has to perform the Qaza of that fast. But Kaffa will not be wajib. On the other hand, if a person eats Sehri despite the strong belief that he will become Sadiq in the morning, and in reality he is Sadiq in the morning, then his Qaza will be wajib, and if he breaks the fast despite the strong opinion that the sun has not set, and it turns out that the sun has not set, then his Qaza is Kaffara. Both will be mandatory.

In the morning, a person eats food after receiving the news that the Sadiq was not correct, but if his news is later proved to be wrong, he has to perform the Qaza of that fast and does not have to pay Kaffarah.

The sun has set, it's time to break the fast - two people broke the fast based on this news. But the other two men said: No, it is not yet time for Iftar. Later it turned out that it was not really time for iftar - the sun had not set. Then the fasting person will have to make up for the fast, but the expiation will not be obligatory.

If one forgets to fast and eats and drinks, his fast will not be broken. His fast will continue. However, if someone eats after being reminded, then the fast will be broken and Qaza will be obligatory, but Kaffa will not be obligatory.

If a person forgets to start eating and then remembers the fast, then immediately throw away what is in the mouth. No need to try in vain to get out what has gone into the stomach. But if he eats the lokmata of his mouth after the swarana, then his fast will be broken and he will have to perform Qaza.

If medicine is inserted through the nose or toilet or oil or medicine is put into the ear while fasting, the fast will be broken and Qaza will be obligatory, but Kaffa will not be obligatory.

If water is poured into the fasting person's ear while fasting, then his fast will be broken and Qaza will be obligatory. And if the water enters unwillingly during the bath, then the fast will not be broken.

If the smoke of frankincense etc. is taken through the nose, the fast will be broken. Similarly, bidi, cigarette and hookah should not be consumed while fasting. Even smoking beedi-cigarettes, hookah will break the fast and both Qaza and Kaffara will be wajib.

If the food item stuck in the tooth gap is the size of a gram or more, eating it will break the fast. And only Qaza will be wajib, not Kaffarah. And if the object is less than the equivalent of chickpea, then the fast will not be broken by eating it. But if that small amount is taken out of the mouth and eaten again, then the fast will be broken and the Qaza of that fast will be wajib, not kaffarah.

If the blood coming out from the root of the tooth is swallowed with spit, and the amount of blood is more than the spit and the blood is tasted and felt, then the fast will be broken and Qaza will be wajib. And if the amount of saliva is high, then the fast will not be invalidated.

Chewing tobacco and chewing gum while fasting will break the fast. Because there is a strong fear that some of its parts and its juice will enter the throat after chewing betel nut and for that purpose chewing betel tobacco and gul are used. So if you use tobacco and gul, the fast will be broken.

If the throat suddenly gets watery while doing Quli or while giving water to the nose and the fast is remembered then the fast will be broken and only Qaza will be wajib.

If one eats non-edible objects such as pieces of stone, soil etc. while fasting, the fast will be broken and only Qaza will be wajib, not Kaffarah. However, if a person is used to eating these things and eats them or if someone eats them

If both husband and wife have intercourse while fasting, both of them will break their fast. And both Qa'a and Kaffarah will be obligatory on both of them. And if the husband forcibly cohabits against the wife's reluctance, then both kaza kaffara will be required on the husband. And only Qaza and Wajib will be on the wife, not Kaffara. And if, despite the husband's reluctance, intercourse is forced by the wife, then both the qaza and the expiation will be wajib on the wife and only the qaza will be wajib on the husband.

Kissing, hugging, caressing or touching the genitals of one's wife while fasting results in ejaculation, then the fast will be broken. However, Kaffarah will not be wajib by this, only Qaza will be wajib.

Although the amount of medicine delivered to the stomach through the inhaler is small at a time, it is a common issue that the fast will be broken due to its intentional use. But this medicine does not turn into gas by going inside, it turns into gas before eating, doctors are in disagreement. It is prudent and better for such a patient to fast and pay fidya for every fast according to his ability, so that if he does not fast, his obligation is fulfilled by fidya. And if possible it is better to use it only at night instead of during the day.
