The method of injection did not exist during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Imam was not even in the era of Mujtahidin. Due to which its command is not found in the hadith and also not found in the books of Imam Mujtahidin. So its ruling must be derived from Fiqh principles. An obvious example of injection is a snake-scorpion sting. When a snake stings a scorpion, its venom spreads throughout the body. Most of the time it goes to the brain. Sometimes the body swells, turns black. But because of this, no faqih of the whole world gives a fatwa to break the fast. Injections are the same.

MR. MR is done through the vagina into the uterus between five and eight weeks after conception. Insert the syringe and retrieve the live or dead fetus. After which menstruation becomes regular again.
